This recipe comes from the book, Is your child's brain starving? by Dr. Michael R. Lyon, MD.
(Makes 1 3/4 Cups)
1 12oz can tomato paste
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp mustard powder
squeeze of garlic
Mix all ingredients together. Store in a jar in the refrigerator.
